When the first trailer came out, it looked awful, but the more story elements have come out, the more I think I'll enjoy it. I'll definitely see it at some point. Maybe a late show tonight.

As for the money it will make, I remember when Shrek 3 came out of nowhere to finish a weekend huge, so don't count it out quite yet. Still, given how much the first one was loved by about everyone I know, I'm surprised it didn't open bigger.

Like the first one, it's visually inventive, but the story is on par with other Dreamworks movies. I think I'm just getting burnt out on all the similar animated films coming out.

It was awesome. There were quite a few moments of action (duh) and comedy, but I found the best part was that there was a fair bit of drama too. Po learning where he comes from, the depth of his friendship with Tigress, Shen and his past, all are pretty strong storylines.

Loved it. As good as the first. And we finally get to see the Furious Five kick ass. Not to mention, it's fantastic that we see Po has progressed (and started fighting with the Five) instead of them turning him into a stupid load again so they can just repeat the first movie.

Yeah, maybe the marketing. I can see the Black-lash, but I don't think it carries into this. The brand on this is isn't him. My only theory is all the adults went to see hangover and said screw the kids this weekend.

LOVED IT! Saw this one with the family so you can't beat that. My wife liked it more than the first.
