They have done a few animated shows in the past, and currently have 2 airing, but I think they should do more.

I even have a good place for them to start:

What do you think?

I can't imagine an animated non-comedy for adults being successful in America.

Adult Swim doesn't even have any, do they?

What are the two right now, still Gervais and Life and Times of Tim (which is amazing, btw)?

You gotta think about how INSANELY cheap those 2 shows must be to make.

Aren't all of the cartoons on Adult Swim comedies?

As far as I'm aware, yes, all the original programs are.

If you could make it work in the market right now, I'd bet they'd have a show like that already.

But that's a comedy.

I've seen a few episodes. It really isn't.

Moral Orel basically stopped being a comedy towards the end, and was swiftly canceled.

Really though, it's insane that one ever made it at all.

Not that it wasn't pretty brilliant, but shit, it bummed even ME out.

Remember finding out few years back that Ralph Bakshi created a short lived animated series on HBO called Spicy City. Definitely falls in line with Bakshi's work.
