Remember the revival of Back to the Future that AMC theaters did? Well next is Airplane. Two showings only.

I hope they keep doing these. There are a lot of classics I'd love to see on the big screen.

There's one particular shot that should require 3D technology.

Dang. I just swore off this theater after there was a race riot there two weekends ago.

This is why the theater by my apartment is awesome. They do $5 "Insomniac Theater" showings of older movies every Friday and Saturday at midnight. In the next month, we have "Who Framed Roger Rabbit", "Good Morning Vietnam", and "The Dark Crystal".

Oh man, I would love to see Roger Rabbit in the theater again. It's been since 1987, after all.

There's none here, but there's a good one in NY, where THWIP! and I caught the original Planet of the Apes. We've always wanted to go back.

Wait, AMC isn't showing this anywhere in California?

That's kinda hard to believe.

It's grouped by city, not state. I see several California cities on the list.
