I saw a movie a couple days ago that had a cast that included James Kolchalka, Kinky Friedman, and Libby from Lost. That was weird.

Strange scifi movie? I remember seeing a trailer for something I think he was in.

Has anyone heard any of his music? Worth checking out?

If you like catchy rock with absolutely ridiculous lyrics, these are two of my favorites:

Hockey Monkey (Kochalka co-wrote it)

Britney's Silver Can

The only ones I have that I remember is 'Hockey Monkey' (it was the theme to 'The Loop'), 'Wash Your Ass' (creepy video clip, but funny), and the one about Britney Spears where they say Justin Timberlake like 108 times or something.

Catchy. I find myself humming them when I least expect it. Except for right now, because I totally expected it.

I am very interested in his chiptune stuff, though. One day I'm gonna have to check it out.

Our Most Beloved is a pretty good sampling of tracks from Don't Trust Whitey and Monkey Vs. Robot, but there are a few good ones that didn't make it. Spread Your Evil Wings and Fly is also worth listening to, and so is Kissers especially if you can find a copy.
