Yeah, her boss might be a creep, but he could have given her a good reference, which could've gone a long way to getting her a new job.

If you hate the guy and want to quit fine, but if you've put up with him for two years you can put up with him for a few more months while you're putting out resumes.

Yeah. The downside is that with something like this getting out, it probably increases the likelihood of her getting jobs based on her looks while damaging her credentials.
