I can see the appeal of the females everyone's posted so far and Kristen Bell seems like she has a great personality but I'd say, off the top of my head:

Alison Brie from "Community" and "Mad Men". I think she's funny and great at these high strung personas she has on both shows but we're talking the actor and not the characters here, which I think get blurred with some people's view of celebrities.

She seems to have a solid foundation in the arts and a fun, uninhibited personality and a sense of humor. She has background in miming and clowning and animal essence studies and I get that. I've toyed with that kind of thing and to the extent that I haven't toyed with it very far, I find it all fascinating. She has that news anchor/prep quality but she went to a big hippie school for acting.

I suppose this question is based more on looks but, for me, I look at it and think, who's the type of person you'd have really cool/awkward/memorably/funny conversation with at a party. 'Cause if you take that vibe and amplify that, that's kinda what a date should be, isn't it? A happy disaster?

Absolutely. There's a brilliant level of expressiveness in her faces that I adore, and an insane level of attention to detail as well. I think it's in Terra, where Terra gets taken by Peej to the JSA and is in the lab with only a sheet to cover herself, and the interplay of background details that work to cover her bits as she freaks out looks effortless and oh so simple. It's brilliant.
