I say yes. Lord knows we need more Penguin blood-loss-induced dream sequences. :)

NO! I do think he makes a good foil for the Birds though.

You have something against avian-themed characters don't you?

Come on. You know you want to see him doing karate moves in a revealing outfit.

No but I'll take some more Mad Hatter.

Seems kind of unlikely, unless the last page is a fakeout.
Which, granted, it could very well be.

Actually that would be pretty hilarious. He could be like the team's ragdooll in a way.

Should he be one of the Birds? I don't think so.
Their arch-nemesis? That could be pretty cool.

I'll go for that. If not arch-nemesis then stuffed and mounted in a dark corner of the Clock Tower will do.

The first time I wrote the Penguin (and it was the first Bop story I wrote, for a Secret Files issue), a writer I really respect wrote and said, "You know, that was the best Penguin story I had ever read."
So I have been CHAMPING AT THE BIT for a return. :)
I love Cobblepot!
I wrote him again in an episode of Brave and the Bold that should be airing soon!

Penguin should feature in the book on occasion as a reluctant ally and also as an enemy or nuisance in other situations.
I'd like to see the Gotham City Sirens characters in the book at times too, maybe even a crossover story as that would work well.
