Great weekend. I got about $250 credit at my LCS for the stuff I turned in to them, and bought a fucktn of comics Friday. Saturday went to my buddy's in-law's beach house. Len wallace and his girlfriend met up with us out there, and we had a blast. Sunday I couched and read comics and watched Netflix all day.

I am very relaxed.

morning. This weekend was ok.

Friday I worked all day.

Saturday I worked with my dad and hurt my back. I went out to dinner with my sister.

Sunday my family went to the beach, I stayed home and cleaned my room, we went to Applebees for dinner then I watched the WWE PPV.

Going to midtowncomics to buy Scott Pilgrim 6 tonight and tomorrow I will be seeing Inception.

Ok so my latest pills have yet to kick in, so I'll go over my weekend.

Went to the beach, on Saturday morning my back started feeling a little irritated but progressively got worse as the day went on. When I woke up the next day, I literally couldn't get out of bed without yelling in pain.

I had to be driven to the hospital where they diagnosed me and said that I had to be off my feet for a week. They also gave me enough pills to knock out a regular person in half an hour. They were shocked that I hadn't even started feeling the effects after an hour. Then I passed out and was driven home where I've been laying in bed and hobbling around. When I stand up, I look crooked which is kind of freaky.

Hopefully, I'll get better soon.

So I read over $250 worth of comics this weekend, including the harcovers for Old Man Logan, Necrosha, and Iron-Man: Stark Dissassembled.

Scarlet #1 is fantastic. Chris Claremont's X-Women one shot was horrendous. And I really love Avengers Academy.

Scarlet was awesome, and Avengers Academy won me over quick.

Yesterday we were intending to go, but instead we were filled with seething rage at the post office for turning back our certified copy of our marriage license so that Sara could get her SSN changed & stuff, and get her stuff changed for her job before the new school year starts. So that was fun. I got to navigate downtown Jacksonville at 8am this morning.

But I'm good now.

There was a small window where Jenny was convinced that our friend who performed the ceremony had never mailed in our marriage license, and we weren't legally wed. I was halfway to the brothel when she called me back and told me that all was well, and she had been worried about nothing.

Went to the beach over the weekend, somehow ruptured a disc in my lower back (literally I have no idea how it happened), went to hospital, got drugged up, told to stay off my feet for a week. Given more pills, zoning in and out of conciousness, etc etc.

After I got home from Inception, I watched REC 2. It started out fun, with some great surrpises, got a little repetive mid way though, then righted the ship for a great ending.

So, almost as good as the instantly classic first one, and one of the best horror sequels I've seen. I'm going to watch them back to back this halloween.

Agreed. I can't wait to see it again. Though the only disappointment I had was that I understood it, completely. I really wanted it to be a little bit more weirder so that upon multiple viewings I could catch new things. But maybe that'll happen anyway.

Spoilers for those who haven't seen it.

The scene towards the end where Leo goes to save Ken Wantanabee but he's an old man. I heard one chick say to another that that was Loe's inception. It made me laugh.

You know. Sometimes I really hate my fucking friend. Yesterday when we were waiting for Inception to start they showed a preview for The Social Network. He asked me what it was before watching the trailer and as soon as the word facebook came out of my mouth he started shitting on it immediately.

I tried to explain who it was written by and who's directing it, but nothing, shit on it the whole time. And then when the trailer was over, it's quiet in the theater and he screams out "GAAAAY!" Thankfully no one laughed, and I called him a jackass.

I really hate him sometimes, he can be so fucking stupid.

I bought this as it was coming out in single issue form and I was really enjoying it but then when it ended I realized how stupid I was because the whole story was setting up this whole new thing in the DCU none of which I was going to read. Ah well.

I love naked ladies, don't get me wrong, but I've gotten to the point where it seems pretty fucking stupid to give a girl all my money, just so she can give me an erection in front of all my friends. Seems kind of pointless. If we just bar hop and have a good time, I'll be happy.

That being said, I'm sure we'll end up at a strip club at some point in the night. :lol:
