Well, hey.
I grilled hamburgers this evening. Topped with tomato bruschetta and roasted red peppers. Tasty.

That sounds wonderful! And...I'm jealous! Mr. Das wasn't home so I didn't have to cook...instead I ate nearly an entire tub of black olive hummus. :p

My daughter just discovered hummus and is crazy about it. My son, who's only 6, just loves the pita bread...

Patch - the best (commercial) hummus I've had is Bobbi's Hummus (Bobbi's Best) out of the Philly area. It's made by a small company and probably can't be found outside the Delaware Valley, but it's delicious! It is made with soy oil instead of tahini, and just so smooth and tasty - AND garlicky! Good stuff.
I eat a ton of hummus. I finally picked up some sesame tahini, and plan on whipping up a batch myself...see how it turns out.
I often serve my hummus with a well of olive oil in the center, sprinkled with sumac - delicious!
Sumac (yes, the same species as poison ivy and poison sumac - but different): http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sumac

Amazing how quickly I got off the subject of my own thread. :p

The Grilled Cheese Society will do the same thing to you as well.
I look at both of those sites I start drooling.
And now I want a 20oz burger covered in 3 kinds of cheese from Cheeburger Cheeburger.
Dammit.

I didn't realize it, but I grilled up some awesome burgers last night, and I think I'm in love with making fries from scratch now.
