Shampoo (2 in 1) every time I take a shower, which is usually every weekday and at least once on the weekend.

My hair gets really greasy and scalp-itchy when I don't wash it, but it's usually not too bad as long as I don't go more than a day.

Shampoo and condition every single time I shower. I really hate leaving the apt if I haven't showered yet, it's just gross.

Even in the summer when I work at the beach I will take a shower in the morning before going to play in the ocean. Including days when I have to be there at 8 am. Then I take a 2nd shower when I get home, complete with shampoo and conditioner again.

Showering daily is an absolute must, and I totally judge all of you who don't.

I have tried every shampoo there is, and the only one I can use without getting that 'super itchy' scalp between washes is the Fructis line. Everything else made my scalp dry and itchy, even Head and Shoulders.
