For any here who listen to comic book related podcasts, which ones are among the best in your opinion?

The podcast I work on (Geek Bombast) I think is pretty good. The newer episodes are way better than the early stuff.

House to Astonish (http://www.housetoastonish.com/) - bi-weekly podcast from Paul O'Brien (X-Axis reviews, Ninth Art) and Al Kennedy (Ninth Art).

Checking it out now, but it keeps skipping when I try to listen to it on the website. It's a little annoying, is there something I can do to make it stop that?

Gave up on Geek Bombast, listening to the iFanboy pick of the week episode now. Thanks for sure.

Yeah, this is my favorite comics podcast bar none. Really smart guys that have great insights into the industry, massive comics knowledge, and good senses of humor (with pleasant Scottish accents).

ifanboy is good too, though a bit promotion heavy.

Other than Wordballoon (http://www.wordballoon.libsyn.com/)...

Fanboy Radio (http://fanboyradio.libsyn.com/) is classic. Love the diverse podcast interviews... including seemingly rare ones like Alan Moore or J. Michael Strazynski.

Sidebar (http://www.sidebarnation.com/my_weblog/) focuses a lot on artists with pretty in depth interviews. Really solid interviews with guys like Bryan Hitch, Drew Struzan, Adam Hughs, Phil Noto, James Jean, Frank Quitely, Denys Cowan, Marko Djurdjevic, and more I can't think of right now!

Geektress (geektress.com) is pretty fun. It's a podcast "exclusively by women who love geeky stuff, and aren't afraid to share."

Paul Dini and his wife Misty Lee had a podcast (http://www.dinicartoons.com/forum/tags/podcast/). They don't do it anymore but it was great stuff.

Of course, Kevin Smith and Scott Mosier's SModcast (http://www.quickstopentertainment.com/smodcast/). It's seriously an hour of comedy gold. I never laughed so hard while listening to a podcast. Not specifically about comics but if you like Kevin's movies, these are right up your alley.

I like Wordballoon and Comic Geek Speak.

Sidebar had some great interviews with people that I had never heard before, like Berni Wrightson.

I listened to about 40 minutes of that ifanboy podcast. It's okay, but they seem to try and move through subjects as quickly as possible. It's like they force as much crap into the time they have as is humanly possible.

Think I'll go check out Comic Geek Speak next.

Wordballoon is to comic writers as Sidebar is to comic artists, and both are invaluable.

Geek Bombast is a lot of fun, as is the (recently ended ) Around Comics.

iFanboy is always fun and insightful, and the guys have refreshingly balanced perspectives that make them a joy to listen to.

But, if I had to put my money on just ONE comics podcast to beat them all, it would easily be 11 O'Clock Comics. It's not exactly a comics insider type of show, though they do feature some comic artists -- usually indy/up & coming guys -- as guest hosts once every blue moon. It's just four guys with four unique perspectives having fun, infectiously joyful conversations about comics, new and old.

I consider it the best podcast on the web. :D

Shit. Sorry about that. You can get it on iTunes. I'll get John to work on fixing that right away.

Crankcast can be fun, but I don't really consider it a "Comics" podcast. :) It's done by comics guys, but their topics of conversations seem to be more broadly geeky. And, like Smodcast, I REALLY gotta be in the mood for it, or it puts me to sleep.

Wordballoon- hands down my favorite. Great guests, and great material. You get more than just the normal comic talk. The creators talk about everything. Fantastic.

This is the only one i listen to each episode. Might be the funny Scottish take on the industry, that typically irreverent look.

Me and a couple guys I know started putting on a comic book podcast for about the last two months or so and I think it's pretty decent but I wanted to get some opinions.

Would any of you mind giving an episode a listen (http://fanboybuzz.projectfanboy.com) and letting me know what you think?

Just kidding, they're awesome. I listen every week.

Tom Vs The Flash

I was recently turned on to this. I haven't gotten to the Flash ones yet, I'm still listening to it from when it was Tom Vs the JLA and working my way up.

Great show though, he has a lot of fun with the comics.
