Details are few, but we can confirm that there is an upcoming Drift mini-series, according to Amazon Penned by Shane McCarthy and Alex Milne. Think what you may of Drift, that's a winning team. We also inquired about the pre-order for Transformers Animated: The Adventure Continues. This series is a re-launch of IDW's Transformer Animated series, featuring stories from Season 3! How can there be a new G1 character? Wouldn't being new automatically make him G2?

Yeah, Drift was created to have retroactively existed the whole time.
