Got a paid snow day from work today! Nothing like 15 inches of snow followed by 40+ mph winds to blow it all around. The whole state is practically shut down for the day. They pulled all the plows last night & have now closed portions of the interstates.

Nice Corey, here in MT we never get "snow" days even with weather like that.

I wish we got paid snow days. I have to take unpaid time off today. I just spent the last three hours trying to get my girlfriend's car out of the road because the city's plows haven't even touched the residential roads yet. Thanks to the kindness of a several strangers who lent us shovels and ultimately a plow from a private landscaper we're now sitting at home exhausted.

It's 70-some-odd degrees right now too.

Just 5 days ago, it snowed, and now I'm sweating like a stray cat near a Asian buffet.

(Yes, I know that's racist, but you got the point. Didn't you?)

 Ok, that was a little funny.

Even the 70 would be ok. It is the cold for the sake of being cold that is killing me here.

If it is going to be in the 30's the least it could do is be pretty out.

We actually got a small snow flurry a few days ago. Nothing that stuck to the ground but it's been down in the 50's for a week or so now.

Ready for this to go away, I almost had to put a coat on.
