I get online to check my bank account and it shows weird ass numbers, one of the transactions says "Memo Debit" with the amount saying $9,999,999. And of course this is too late in the evening to do call. What the fuck is with this?!?

I think you just bailed them out.

Actually, this happened to me once (though it was just $2000 or so). It was gone the next morning. Some kind of money laundering thing or something...
