I went back to the doctor today to have them look at the mole on my back that came back after they had removed it a few months ago. All the doctor did was look at it and tell me "I don't think that it is cancer, but you need to go see another doctor to have it removed." I thought that I was having it removed today so that I could find out if I have skin cancer. I paid another 25 bucks to have another doctor tell me that I need it removed. God, this really is frustrating, why can't they fucking just do something?

It's a conspiracy. I can't say anything else, they are watching me.

On a serious note, when did the mole pop up? Cause I just had one pop outta nowhere a few months ago and I haven't gotten it looked at yet.

I am trying to, but the earliest I can get it removed is July 8th. It just seems like a long time to wait.

I know that seems like a long time, but really, it's not. Just to let you feel better, I had to wait a month between my diagnosis of a cholesteatoma and it's removal, so a couple weeks is not that bad.

I frikin have no respect for most doctors. Fmily Doctors just direct traffic. EG. You have a heart problem???- Go to the heart specialist etc.
It annoys me. I refuse to go unless I'm really sick.
Not all are bad, theres still good ones, but most piss me off.
The way my Grandfather was treated before he passed away makes me hate doctors. I'm sorry, ive just had a few bad experiences.

Let me tell you a story about a doctor and someone I know...
She went to the doctor for a normal check-up. In the past she has been diagnosied as being insulin resisitant, and has needed medication. Well this new doctor does not belive in this and took her off the meds. The think is with insulin resitance you can try to loose weight but at some point without the meds you just reach a brick wall. Well she started to gain some weight back, and the doctor laid into her about it, and that she was wrong about being insulin resistant, she even had her old medical records from her previous doctor to show the new doctor. the new one never looked at them, and basically said she didn't care. This caused my friend to start to cry...all because of the way she was being treated and yelled at by the doctor...the doctor then proceeded to tell her that she looked depressed and gave her a precription for an anti-depredeent. And set her on her way.
Since when is a family doctor knowledgeable to prescribe an anti-depressent, let alone diagnose depression just by LOOKING at someone. Also why wouldn't a doctor look at someone's old medical records to see what was in this persons past. I told her to report her not just to the medical board, but to her bosses...she never did.
Some doctor's are just in it for the money, and I don't just mean plastic surgeons.
