With Reunion coming out soon, and it being fairly important to the Avengers franchise, I would imagine that after this you're going to be branching out and working on more titles (maybe an ongoing?).
So what would be the titles you'd want to work on? Something long-running like X-Men or Spider-Man? Something that hasn't been on the stands for years? A relaunch for an obscure character? A MAX title?

Something other than a Dazzler project that is ;)

Honestly, I'd love to continue with these characters (and some other Avengers as well) once this mini wraps. The way this story unfolds, I think there's a concept there for an ongoing.
I'd love to do a Cloak & Dagger run, a run on the New Mutants (original cast), and a few other characters (Dazzler of course would be fun- would love a Beauty & the Beast sequel). Runaways & Young Avengers would be dream gigs for me, too. Uncanny and GI Joe got me into comics, so it would be amazing to work on either of those.
But in the end, Clint & Bobbi ARE my dream characters to write, for Marvel at least. I'd LOVE an ongoing with them (in whatever status they are left in at the end of THE REUNION).

That's pretty cool. I really hope the mini does well enough that you can get to do more with Clint and Bobbi. So far it looks like you've got a great grasp of their characters, and I think for Clint at least, he's a character that could take a book outside of Avengers, but he really needs someone to play off to stand out. So having both of them together instead of, say, a solo comic, would definitely be an upside for his character.
I see Cloak & Dagger's name thrown around by a lot of writers these days. I must get around to checking out some old stories of theirs.
As for the rest, I'd love to see you do Young Avengers or Uncanny. I think you'd do well with the casts there. Not a fan of New Mutants or Runaways myself, but I'd probably check those out for an arc or two if you came on board.
I'll admit, seeing GI Joe on the list is a bit surprising for me though. Again, not much of a fan (was more a Transformers nut myself, and "Action Force" as it was called here wasn't aired too often). But that's cool. We don't see enough interest from writers at the big two in regards to the old 80s cartoon characters, in my opinion.
Thanks for the speedy reply, Jim.

I'm a huge fan of the original New Mutants. Maybe it could be a story set in that time frame, that way you could use all the characters (thus avoiding troubles with dead characters or new powers and such).

Regarding an ongoing Clint & Bobbi- you and me both! I have found that both characters really need each other to play off of (and fight with) to really work and have sustainable premise.
C&D- everyone wants to do something with them. I think it's a matter of just finding he right story at the right time. We have a mini coming up from Valerie D'Orazio that will be about them and have an interesting take on the, We'll see what happens after that.
Runaways under BKV were amazing, I could only wish to write something that good. Uncanny and YA are amazing. G.I. Joe is a lot of fun and I have a very special place in my heart for those characters. It would bring me full circle from first comic bought to writing them. And my 80s cartoon or TV fantasy (that would NEVER sell, but fun to do) - M.A.S.K. for cartoon and "V" for television. Guilty pleasure

I'd honestly LOVE us to do a New Mutants First Class so I could do exactly that. Use the Hellions, Doug & Warlock, Illyana, Dani with powers, Cannonball still a bit of a Kentucky hick, and Rhane all shy and yet feral.

I've noticed this type of thing with a good few characters actually. I remember discussing something similar with a Marvel creator here (Zircher I think?) months ago in regards to Blade and why he never seems to work on his own.
Fast forward a few months, we have Blade in MI-13 and he's bloody awesome! Never enjoyed the character more outside of the movies than I have in that book.

Nice! I'll definitely keep an eye out for that when it hits. I can't really backtrack old issues of a lot of comics on this side of the ocean, so wanting to check out these characters was hard.
New issues though... :D

I'll be honest. I enjoyed the first few issues a bit, but for some reason Runaways never clicked with me and I left the book. Came back with Volume 2 and it clicked even less. I love Nico, and that's about it. Not sure why.
And dude, seriously, my respect for you just shot up sooooooooooooooooooo much! M.A.S.K.? Greatest toyline and cheesy cartoon EVER! I'm a Transformers whore till the day I die, but M.A.S.K. always edged it out just slightly on the toy front (not so much the cartoon though. M.A.S.K. didn't have a movie with Judd Nelson, Eric Idel and Orson Welles starring  ). Come to think of it, where the hell IS that series? With all the 80's revivals in recent years, it's conspicuous by it's absence. Jayce and the Wheeled Warriors too.
I'd honestly LOVE us to do a New Mutants First Class so I could do exactly that. Use the Hellions, Doug & Warlock, Illyana, Dani with powers, Cannonball still a bit of a Kentucky hick, and Rhane all shy and yet feral.
Now, see, THAT'S a New Mutants book I'd want to read. Everything else in recent years featuring the original cast has seemed... well... lame as hell. Just based on the premise and the fact that half the characters have ended up full fledged X-Men, ruled other dimensions and so on.
So they decide to get back together and dress up like they did when they were 12? Never sat right with me
A First Class style book would really work though.
