Warning!! Do not use Statue Toys .com for orders. I ordered a statue in Nov. still have not received it. Statue Toys charged me In Full for the Quicksilver Green statue. Never delivered. Shows phony address on web site. From Philly PA. to Memphis TN. Uses Texas Phone number which goes to a anwering machine always, you can not leave a message, they do not responf to emails. I have reported this company to the FBI Internet Fraud Div.

I only pre-ordered one statue from them. It was the Alex Ross Batman piece. I received it with no problems. Communication with them was kind of ruff though. I did e-mail him once or twice before it shipped and didn't get a response from them. I wish you luck with either getting your statue or your money. If you paid with a credit card you should give them a call. Report that the seller isn't shipping your item or answering youe calls or e-mails. They have a fraud department for things just like this. I was able to get my money back from an ebay seller who tried to stiff me on a pre-order. My credit card company forced a charge back even when paypal refused to help me. Hope this is useful for you.

It is impossible to get in touch with these people I have been trying for months. My bank did reverse the charge, while doing an investagation. I spoke to a woman who just got issued the phone number they were using in Philly, she said 150 irate mesages from their customers.

Sorry for the nightmare that this must have been..
Did you get the statue from some place else?
There is a user on eBay that I can personally vouch for. PM me if you're interested. He's selling the statue for $99 (ship $20).

Two transactions with them. both positive.
First one was about 2 years ago. I ordered a DC Direct Batman Utility Belt. it arrived in December and was damaged. I emailed them plus called them. they reply back and I got another one. it took about 1 month before the replacement arrived, but the owner explained to me up-front it could be slow because of the holiday season.
The second time was last year. I ordered a Hulkbuster bust. They charged my credit card. After about 1 week, someone from the company emailed me to tell me that the item was out of stock and that some of their webpages were outdated. They issued a refund the very same day.
your mileage will vary.

Get this, I finally made contact with Statue Toys. I found they were selling on ebay. I sent them a message about my order. They are willing to refund my money less 20% for canceling the order. What a joke, they can't get an item when you complain and finally get in touch with them they are willing to give a partial refund. What a bunch of crooks.

The trouble is you don't know where they are located. Their web site says their on in Philly PA. and give a phone number, both the phone number and address are bad. Then when you go to contact us, It gives an Memphis TN. address which is bad with a Texas phone number. You can't report them to the police because who knows where they are. I just didn't want other collector's to fall into this trap.

Go to the Secretary of State in both states (corporation or dba) and obtain the telephone number and address of their registered agent. You serve notice on them and/or let the cops know. If you are really ticked off you can contact a skip tracer.
It all depends on how ticked off you are !!!

Hi Everyone,
I am sorry to have to meet you this way, but I need to voice the other side of the story that Statue-Man has posted here. For posterity's sake, let it be known that we do know his real name, and it is D** H***. (We could list his real name here, but I guess that would be kind of mean right?) Statue-Man has decided to make it his mission to bash our company on a few different forums. He has posted about 10 different negative posts on this site alone.
The truth of the whole situation is that Mr. Statue-Man ordered some items from us as pre-order items, and he then cancelled these orders with us. He probably found them somewhere cheaper on EBay. As stated in our policy, which every customer has to agree with before a purchase can be made, we charged him a 10% pre-order cancellation fee. (The reason that we do this is because when people commit to order something from us, we then special order these items for them. If they cancel, we are not able to cancel and we are stuck with the bill.)
He later started sending us harassing emails and accusing us of not having a valid address and phone #. We had moved from Philly to Austin and changed phone #'s as well as shipping locations. He was still calling the old phone # and from that derived that we are a fraudulent company.
(Our inventory was actually in Tennessee, since we were using a shipping company to handle our orders.)
I do believe that it is fair for people to voice their opinion about anything that they want, but not when one-sidedly damaging the reputation of another while hiding behind an anonymous username, like "Statue-Man". Thank you for your time and for at least considering that there are 2 sides to every story!

We would also like everyone to know a little bit about recent events at our company.
1.) We moved from Philly to Austin in late August.
2.) Our Tennessee shipping company went out of business in mid-October. (Thank you economy...)
3.) The new shipping company that we started using in November almost put us out of businesses because of the mistakes that they made.
4.) We fired the last shipping company and moved our entire inventory to Austin.
5.) We are currently hiring people in Austin in order to answer people's questions more quickly.
I know that this seems like a lot of drama, but I just wanted to explain why some of our email responses have not been as fast as they should have been and also explain why our addresses have changed.
We do love all of you collectors and we are trying really hard to make sure that we give you the best possible service around. That is truly our goal!
Thanks!

Hey James, just so you know, all these people you hired in Austin over two months ago still aren't answering peoples' questions. Like, say, the ticket I logged a week ago that has yet to be responded to, for example.

sounds like u need to a more direct approach to runnin the business. but there is always 2 sides to every story.
So, for anyone who still cares, here's how my order finally shook out:
I logged my ticket through the StatueToys website Support Center on April 17th. After a week with no response (as I posted above in response to James), I started trolling various forums looking for another way to contact them.
I stumbled across someone who had a different email for them. It was someone's direct email within the company and not something that's publically listed. After emailing her, I got a response within a day, and was told that my item would ship out immediately and I would have it in about a week.
Two weeks later, the Yahoo Shopping Cart info still listed the item as not even having shipped. I emailed her back and just asked for a full refund. I heard back from her the same day that she thought it had shipped, and that she would go to the warehouse herself and make sure it shipped out. I got my tracking info and in about a week, my order arrived.
Upon opening the box, my (sealed) items were in the box with no packing material whatsoever. Not a single foam peanut, not a single tatter of shredded paper, not even a piece of paper wrapped around them. Nothing. Luckily, they were something that travelled well and I didn't care about the condition of the packaging. Though there were several areas where the paint rubbed off, perhaps due to poor travel arrangements?
In summation, despite James' statement that he is just a victim of a single user's campaign to bash him on multiple forums, a simple Google search will turn up dozens of users with many complaints and grievances. Add one more name to that list. I shan't say whether or not I would deal with them again as that would be opinionizing and not just stating fact. Instead, I'll leave you with this: In late February (his post above), he stated that they were currently hiring people to answer questions more quickly.
The Customer Support ticket that I opened on April 17th? Still open and completely unaddressed.
