Ya know, that's an interesting point. She's 16, has a boyfriend, and is probably sick of maintaining the 'Disney' image. I wouldn't be surprised if she wants out, and is getting pressure to stay in. I held the position for about 5 minutes, slightly adjusting my weight to grind my shin into his face to frustrate him, before I finally transitioned into an armbar to finish.

The entire time I was grinding it in, he kept hollering, "Aw shit! No! Fucka shit stop no! Aw fucka no! I wanna tap now shit! Fucka shit! No!"

Our coach walked by and said, "Nope. You can't tap to a position no matter how bad it sucks. It's not a submission, it's just a sucky place to be stuck in. If you don't like it, I suggest you figure out how to get out of it."

As someone who fits under the category of "Asian," I personally don't find that picture offensive. Remember that photo on TMZ of Miley Cyrus apparently doing the Chinese, Japanese, Dirty Knees, Look at These? Well if not, here's a link.

In any case, that photo has caused one Los Angeles woman to file a class-action suit against the Hannah Montana star on behalf of the city's entire Asian Pacific Islander population.

The woman, Lucie J. Kim, says in her lawsuit that she and her coplaintiffs, roughly 1 million in the city of Angels, are each entitled to $4,000 in damages.

Now Miley has said it was just a funny face, and she's apologized.

"I really wanted to stress how sorry I am if the photo of me with my friends offended anyone," she wrote Monday on her blog.

Not enough, according to Kim's suit.

Cyrus "knew or should have known that her image would be publicly disseminated via the media, which Cyrus knew focused on her private life, specifically TMZ," states the suit filed Wednesday in L.A. Superior Court (obtained by TMZ).
