Because almost each year Gab comes to the Angouleme French Comics convention (which is bigger than the SDCC for example), he comes with some exclusive art (covers, lithos, portfolios) for the convention!

Sometimes the art is used again for others european markets (Italy, Germany), sometimes not or later. I know that sometimes some art is exclusive to Italy as well.
