Not exactly a milestone issue but this cover really captured my imagination as a kid. I think for a month I believed Spidey was really dead.

As you can tell, I tend to be more of a fan of covers that don't really look like comic book covers. I tend to like the covers and artists that have a great design sense as well as storytelling ability.

I'm glad somebody posted X-Force #9. That's definitely one of my recent favorites and it also made me pay attention to BMC's art.

Whedon/Cassaday's run on Astonishing X-Men had a bunch of great covers, too.

I'm a huge Choi fan as it is, but I'm a life long Domino fan. I think my eyes popped out of my head when I saw that cover online.

Oh, definitely. I love pretty much all of Dave Johnson's covers, from Superpatriot to Superman: Red Son, to the covers he did for Detective Comics when Rucka was writing it, to the second Avengers: Earth's Mightiest Heroes series. :)

Mine has to be Jim Lee's gate fold from X-MEN #1. That is when i really really got into comics. his was the first one that really set me off. So i have to say thats the one.
