This is kind of cheating because it began as novels but a John Carter of Mars movie could be so much fun.

Damn, good choice.

I pick Constantine. Because I acknowledge no Constantine movie that may or may not currently exist.

Aside from anything that would affect my value of living, I'd really like to see an animated all star superman with all of morrison and quietly's style and touches.

Me too! I've always thought so. But I'd settle for a movie rather than nothing at all. It's so suitable to the screen, I think.

I think Ejiofor would be awesome in the role (also... everything), but doesn't this sort of seem like the role Djimon Hounsou was born for?

For myself...

Violent Messiahs: The Book of Job is WAITING for a gifted director (FincherFincherFincherFincher) and the right cast (VinDieselasCitizenPainVinDieselasCitizenPain) to bring it to life. If there is ANY comic that has BEGGED to be adapted to film, it's that one.

It's a back-up story from the second volume of GYO. I'm not familiar enough with his works, but he created UZUMAKI and TOMIE, which were made into movies. The first two volumes of TOMIE have just been collected by Dark Horse in the Junji Ito MUSEUM OF TERROR (http://www.darkhorse.com/Books/13-517/Museum-of-Terror-Vol-1-TPB) series that will collect all his shorter works chronologically (and in the original right-to-left format). UZUMAKI (3 vols.) and GYO (2 vols.) were published by Viz.

Shit that would be amazin. It might play off best as an animated short. At least thats what I think.

Definitely Tellos. Love that book and its the perfect time for an adaptation, what with the renewed interest in fantasy properties.

Would also adore a movie version of Leave it to Chance.

I think an adaption of an arc, any arc, of Sandman Mystery Theatre would make a great noir mystery movie.

I think Willem Dafoe would make a good Wesley Dobbs.
