It seems to me that VH1 and MTV are in vigorous competition to claim this title.

At least that show is fascinating to a degree.

What is it?

Its a fake reality show with really, really bad acting.

And the sad part is, I know a bunch of people that think its real.

I don't blame the exes. I think the idea of parents picking a new boyfriend or girlfriend for their kids is kind of interesting.

What I can't stand (and can't avoid watching) is the way the kid's current significant others speak to the adults. My wife and I are always in shock when we see how fucking rude these kids are. If my sons significant other's treat me or especially my wife this way they're getting an ass beating.

Which part, the part where the whiny little bitches whine about everything if it's not perfect, or the part where the whiny little bitches' parents throw money at them to make them happy instead of giving them a stable home with love and values?

I remember watching one episode where a chick was getting a new car, and they showed her like a toyota SUV or something, and everyone started laughing, and she was disappointed. Then she got a BMW or some crap.

It's a new car! I'd be freaking bouncing off the walls!

The action of observation affects behavior. Take away the cameras, and normalcy will reign.

I feel sorry for the parents because they have to read dumb lines the producer wrote.

And it's nice to get a sneak peek at the next generation of amateur porn starletts before they decide to get back at daddy.

What is it?

It's a show where the parents, who hate their son's/daughter's significant other, pick two other girls/guys and those two go on a date with the son/daughter and at the end the son/daughter picks who he/she wants to be with.

There's no way that there could be this many episodes without one of the parents just beating the living fuck out of these kids if this were a real show.

I have a friend who was a casting director for a bunch of those MTV reality shows. To make a long story short, the people who work for MTV hate themselves much more than you ever could.

Psssst, like the Hills this show is scripted and uses actors. There is little actual reality in Mtv's Reality programming.

Are you saying that "Out for Justice" isn't an American movie classic?

(Note: Out for Justice is really being shown at 8:00 pm tomorrow on AMC)

Will they show it every day for a fortnight they way they did with Terminator 2?

They're still showing Terminator 2! I looked at their schedule so I could pick an actual ridiculous example (which wasn't hard at all).

Oh, look. Casino. Did they trade Bravo a movie for that?

Pretty much all of their programming besides True Life can be considered the worst show in the history of television. The really, really sad part is that it's how much that kids use it all as their bible to live their lives by. Naomi Klein's book is so depressing.

It's so fake. No one would talk to anyone like that.

Next is great in a "I'm super bored, entertain me" way.

Super Sweet 16 is just about the worst thing to happen to TV ever. In a previous thread I once said it makes me want to hit bitches like Hank Pym in a room full of Jans.
