Ok, so there's something about the dynamics of a duo or pair that I love. I love watchingh them, writing them, reading about them. Nick & Nora in the Thin Man, Rick & Ilsa in Casablanca, Spencer Tracy & Katharine Hepburn in ANYTHING, Mr. & Mrs. Smith, etc. I think that's why I loved the original Marvel Team-Up so much (Spidey & "Character of the month")
I think the Marvel U is rife with couples, both existing and potential, living or dead (if one member were alive & the other dead), many of whom are not being used. So, I throw this out to you- What duo or couple would YOU like to see in a book together? Just curious...

LOL, no, just seeing what fandom is looking for. Cloak & Dagger? Power Man & Iron Fist? Doesn't have to be romantic...just a question to throw out there and see what comes back. This is more from Jim @ Marvel than Jim McCann the writer...

*bitterness warning*
She-Hulk and Jazinda. Can you make that happen? (I feel a little better now.)
So...
I've liked the interaction between Clint Barton and Peter Parker in Bendis' books so I'd be willing to check out a story with those two.
I'm still pining for a "Reed Richards and Victor Von Doom stranded together on a hostile world" mini.
Not necessarily a duo but I'd love to see an "Ant-Men" project. Speaking of which, how about a Taskmaster/Ant-Man mini or one-shot? I've loved their scenes in A:TI.
Bucky and Black Widow are currently a great duo.
Finally, Korg and Ben Grimm. They look so similar and, yet, they're so different from one another.

After seeing her in so many books lately, I started thinking about Thundra. Until recently, I wasn't very familiar with her at all. Quickly summed up, Thundra's personality now is what Valkyrie's personality was decades ago. She's a brutal, man-hating, alpha female.
So who would I pair up with this extremely strong personality? I like opposites, so the person I would love to see have to interact with Thundra would be Ares.
Who better to pair with a brutal, man-hating, alpha female warrior than a brutal, male-chauvinist, alpha male, god of war.
I would be endlessly entertained by a project where Ares and Thundra were forced to work together.

Chick needs a solo book pronto! A good appetizer would be a LADY LIBERATORS* book.

Gimme a "Duo Damsels" comic that puts different chicks together in each story arc, three issues each instead of six so each TPB can have two arcs, a duo of duos. Plus the three issues are like "Triplicate Girl" and yeah, sue me, I'm a Legion fan.
First arc must be Thun-freaking-dra with Namora to get things off to a good start.

Peter David made it pretty clear Thundra's a lesbo or at least bi, so let's get another lesbo and hook 'em up. Does Marvel even have any lesbo super-chicks?

Thundra is probably bi--she was involved with Arkon for a long time, and their relationship was very passionate and physical.
As for lesbian superhumans at Marvel...there is Man-Killer, a super-strong villainess who is an occassional ally or enemy of the original Thunderbolts.
Both Gypsy Moth and Joystick were revealed to be bisexual in Thunderbolts.
Captain Mar-Vell's daughter Phyla (the new Quasar) is a lesbian, as is her currently-deceased lover Moondragon.
