I had no idea what this game was about until today when I decided to look it up and see just what the hell this game was about.
It turns out it looks pretty cool. I ended up watching a couple of videos on it on youtube and I thought I'd share for the people who haven't seen them before.
Here's a pretty well edited video for the theme song, which I really dig:

And here's the E3 gameplay demo containing the first five minutes of the game:

I watched my pal play the demo. I wish it had a third person view.

Yeah when I first saw the video I was kinda shocked that they were going to do this as a first person game. But I guess they did it this way to make it more immersive and probably to escape comparisons to Assassins Creed. It is an interesting experiment though, a first person parkour game. I'm really looking forward to playing the demo now.

Playing it as we speak.
Not overly impressed so far.

I thought it was pretty fun. Controls could be a team player.

It is fun, but I need to play more. I already have it pre-ordered and paid off. I think it is hard to get the full effect with only one level to play. The controls took some real getting used to. I would say once, you get those down, it could be quite a bit more fun.
Edit: And it would be awesome to be able to watch yourself in third person after you complete a level. I know they want the immersion, and I think that would satisfy both parties. To just watch a replay of what you just did, but in third person if you decided to.

Agreed on both.
I liked the demo... wish there was more. I do think it's a game that could get annoying if in the middle of a tense chase you press the wrong button and fall off a building... and have to do it over and over again. That could get annoying.
Yeah the controls do seem like they'd take a while to get used to. Especially the fighting controls. The running and jump controls don't seem too complicated. Except for that one jump where you have to jump, change focus and then jump again. That was annoying.
Overall I liked it. I'll wait on reviews but it seems like it could be a fun game. I do think it seems more on the tech demo side than an actual game but who knows... the story and later levels could be cool.

Been listening to the theme song all day long. Really dig it.

Yeah, the demo convinced me to keep it on my rental queue and not upgrade it to a purchase. It's a bitch to control and combat sucks. Especially when you're forced into it (i.e. there's no option to sneak around)

The combat is annoying. It's not as smooth as it should be given the concept of the game. I'm hoping this is just a problem with the demo though.
On one playthrough of the demo I didn't fight those guys and just kept running. I got shot up a lot but I didn't die.
What's keeping me from committing to the game though is that the demo was so fucking short. How can the training be longer than the actual first mission? That was a gyp. Also... time trial mode only available to people who pre-ordered? Way to not let potential customers see what your game actually is about.
The graphics, free running and environment was very cool though. I feel like giving it a chance just because it's something I haven't seen before. But I'll wait for reviews. I have a feeling it'll end up being more of a tech showcase than a game experience.

Follow the red items...
It looks great but I think I'd get motion sick playing this.

Man if you got motion sickness from this then stay away from Dead Space. There's a couple of Zero-G areas which got me really disoriented and gave me a killer headache.
