Not once in my life have I ever changed a diaper. I've never even seen it done.

I consider this a very good thing.

Until you have a kid an are totally unprepared for the ungodly stench that can come from them.

Changing a diaper isn't that bad. It isn't the most fun thing to do, but it isn't terrible. Every once in a while you will come across a particular bad one that will make your eyes and nose burn though.

You're going to be in trouble when you need to change your own.

Changing out the trash bag in the diaper champ is worse than the actual diaper since they sit in there and fester for a while... I have to take it outside from time to time to let that bad boy air out...

Much like oil changes, why would anyone do that themselves? That's what God made money for.

But the box says they're good for 10 - 12 lbs. It's not like you need to change them all that often.

Maybe I have just changed more diapers than you, but I have come across some that have made me have to keep myself from vomiting as soon as the diaper came off.

Or you are just a big baby. ;)

Maybe.

I do know that my sense of smell is my weakest sense and regularly miss scents that other people catch. The way I figure it if ti gets me it must be strong.

I just told supajoe that the vomit inducing ratio is something like 1/30 or so and it also depends on what stage of eating they are on. Maybe the parents could till and pawned them off on you as the unknowing stooge. I know that act is not beneath me.

Me either. I am woefully unprepared to be a parent, should that circumstance ever arise...

Well, I'm anosmic... no sense of smell, so changing diapers or picking up dog crap hasn't ever really been a problem.
