I got mine because I love the X-Men and Marvel Mutants. I only collect Bowen MB and FS and only X-men and related figures. I was lucky enough to be working from home yesterday so I got mine. Guess the X-Gods were smiling on me.

i feel bad about it in a way, but I got it just to flip. I may or may not keep it once i see it, but witht he exclusives, i figure better to get it and not take a chance, so if I want to keep it, I have it and don't have to pay top dollar later. I have gotten all the exclusives since I was a member, and i was going to pass on it, but then I was online at right time, so figured why not. I will prolly list it on ebay when it comes, and just sell it there, if i don't keep it.

So i guess for me, it's maybe keep cause it's an exclusive, maybe flip.

I'm going to try and get mine signed if possible.

I actually got it for my personal collection because I still believe that this is the correct coloring for the blue version. I personally never bought into the black shorts concept regardless of how it was drawn or colored in various comics. I always interpreted that coloring as a shading effect the artist put in to simulate either a more silver tone or a fabric of the costume. So, for me, the all blue version represents my definitive QS for my Avengers display.

I'm a big Quicksilver fan and this was the version I wanted from the get-go. The fact it is so limited put it over the top. It was a must have.

Yes plus as a seller it's risky anyway because you never know what could happen also you have to deal with impatient bidders.

Seeing as how I got the version I wanted (both the green and blue w/ black shorts), the ONLY reason I would have gotten one (and had contemplated doing so) was that I felt compelled to help a fellow collector, especially knowing that those outside the U.S. wouldn't have the opportunity (hey - it was the "neighborly" thing to do!). In the end . . . didn't get in in time.

Yeah, yeah . . . I know . . . "good intentions are the path to ______", and all that.

For those that landed him - congrats; for those that want one, best of luck.
