Mini-Statues?

Sorry if this is a bit redundant but has there been any talk of re-instituting the mini-statue program? I have always been a big fan. Especially on those items that I did not want a full size version. Was there ever any explanation to why the mini-statues have gone the way of the dinosaur?

Just curious.

Marvel has a Height requirement for the Busts and FS. BD was able to release the Silver Surfer mini-statue due to the height.

I've always enjoyed the Mini-Statues....and I'd love to see more produced.

I'd like to suggest that a MS of the Invader Spitfire could convey her super-speed better than a Mini-bust.

The Angel - Deathbird - Sauron could "spread" thier wings in the Mini Statue format and MAY qualify under the height requirement.

Like the Galactus MS....The High Evolutionary - The Celestials - Ego the Living Planet - Living Monolith - Surtur could be sulpted as MS.

I hope we see other "Mini-Statues" in the future.

From my understanding it wasn't anything to do with a height requirement so much as the fact that it just was no longer feesible for Randy to continue doing minis.

it was the cost. too expensive to make almost same cosy as a FS.
