I know we aren't suppose to advertise here, but this one is too good to not show everyone. Take a look at this ebay auction!

Way more appropriate for the Mephisto bust/forthcoming full-size!

fun coincidence, but how is that at all ironic?
Son of Satan mb #666 will be a fun mindfuck for some collector, too

IMO Just because the piece was numbered #666 does NOT mean it was the 666th produced. Who numbers the sculpts Bowen Designs or the factory???
The real #666 produced could still be out there......
Maybe there is a collector that tries to get all #616 pieces...The number assigned to the Main Marvel Universe or first appearance #'s could be important to collectors.
If the Death piece goes for ALOT because of the number...I Just hope it has "GOOD" paint-up....:)

I think it's pretty lame, actually.
#666 for Death, absolutely ZERO relevance.
666 stands for the number of the beast, not the number of death.
You might as well say it's ironic that someone is selling #666 for Nightcrawler, or Daredevil or Ghost Rider.
And it wouldn't be ironic anyway, by very definition. It would simply be a coincidence. Irony is a difference between what is said and what is done.
Sadly, I bet someone will overpay for that statue though.
Now, whoever gets #666 for the Mephisto statue, there is some relevance.
That would be a fitting coincidence and would be worth extra to someone who cares.
