I look at that place sometimes, and it feels like the armpit of the Internet.

I remember this being referenced a lot in the insult thread, which makes it intriguing.

Seriously. What board?

It's one of the 4chan boards where people post images, almost entirely anonymously. Most internet memes come from 4chan, as well as numerous horribly scarring images (the latter being why I avoid the place like the plague). imagechan.net has a huge collection of great /b/ images.

Go to wikipedia and search on /b/. You'll come up with an entry that talks about "Random" on 4chan. You can proceed from there, but you're on your own. "NSFW" would be bringing whole new depths to the word "understatement". And if you don't even know what "NSFW" means, you probably don't want to go anywhere near the place.

Breaking rules is some of the best fun you can have.

Fine, it's like the rectum of the Internet.
I've tried checking it out a few times and I never make it past the first couple pages. It's just not worth having those images permanently scarred into your psyche.
the people there are almost too fucked up
Awfully generous with that "almost".

Changing Shades told me never to go there with the strongest tone you can get over the internet, and thankfully I listened.

I'm not man enough to browse there. The posters want to corrupt people with awful images.
I like /rs/ though.

Not often. I'm usually cruising wallpapers, weapons, traditional gaming, sexy women, or something else. I find enough weird images elsewhere nowadays without the racism or cruelty.

/b/ hurts my feelings in a very special way. I avoid 4chan in general, because man, for every cool thing you see there, you see like 5 terrible things. I go there from time to time just to check things out, but I don't usually last long.
