Hey, I did wait a couple of minutes to see if you would post it first. ;)

This looks to be an exciting What If issue anyway and with that cover, it should move briskly. So do you get to have any kind of hand in the marketing of this comic or, since you wrote it, are you too close to home and someone else has to handle it?

Really great interview Jim! I know this issue will be GREAT. I liked her personal the interview was...I am more than a little curious about this though:

"NRAMA: Jim, you mentioned you have something coming up for Marvel that you can't talk about yet. Can we get any clue on what it is?

JM: Well, it's a mini.

BR: And it spins out of Secret Invasion."

OOOOO....I think this deserves my first thread start on your board Mr McCann!

It's a GREAT cover, right?! Jimmy & Marko did a great job. And the interiors are by ChesterQuest finalist/find Paolo Pantalena and are incredible. They are exciting, fresh, and remind me of J. Scott Campbell, Joe Mad, and Stephan Casselli.

I always feel weird about marketing my own books, so I pretty much leave it up to the others in the department, namely Arune Singh. I also have been fortunate enough to have forged friendships and contacts within the industry over the years, so people have come to me and I'm doing the interviews as the requests come in.

Hope it sells well for you and everyone else!!! Thanks for your support, Lord Jermaine!
