I was finally listening to the Bendis Tapes last night which working on pages. I got to bed at 3:30 fucking AM... Why? Because I kept listening to hear the 'next bit'! Finally forced myself to stop about 1/2 way through episode 3, but hell man... I'm a tired, tired guy today.

(on the positive side, i got a metric fuckload of pages done during that time, so... thanks for that!)

Yeah same thing happened to me, if you replace being productive with watching hours upon hours of the monday night football doubleheader (on mute of course). Its compelling stuff to listen to.

When we were promoting a Star Trek game I was the CD on, we always said in interviews that the goal was to make a game that ruined people's lives... that they ignored their loved ones, that they called in sick, that they GOT sick from not bathing, that they dropped out of school, all from playing the game. I think that holds true as a good goal in any form of entertainment ;)

(and, actually... considering how many pages I've got to plow through in the next month, I'm glad I've got a rack of WB episodes that I need to catch up on...)

My kid yells at me all the time in the car cuz I listen to "that stupid comic book radio show" on my Ipod instead of playing music for him over and over...

If I have to listen to CW McCall's Convoy or Leonard Nimoy's Ballad of Bilbo Baggins one more freakin' time I'm gonna lose it...
