I dig it man. a lot actually.
what's the plot skinny?

plot skinny i'm keeping to myself for the time being, but the main character's a villain. its a dark comedy. not raunchy, but i promise lots of explosions! the kids love the explosions.

Great Background perspective. I myself hate doing backgrounds like that. Friggin hate drawing buildings. Much rather focus on people. Maybe I'll be like Pat Lee and hire people to do my backgrounds, produce a bunch of crappy books, then I can run my business into the ground.

not bad at all.
but just my personal taste leans more to exaggerated proportions rather than really technical pieces

That looks really nice -- the figures on page one need more work, but overall, it's really good. :)

The buildings are great. But the foreshortening on the floating guy looks a little wonky.

If the guy on the cover is supposed to be somewhat midgetly, then it's awesome.

wow...likes em
Wow, those windows must've taken forever!
I like the cover, but one thing: Your foreshortening on the main character feels off. His feet should be bigger with his lower legs no longer than they are. Otherwise, he just comes across as really short.
Other than that, I think it looks really good. How long did it take?

i don't know exactly. the artist has been juggling his job as well as lots of things that have been popping up. now if i can just get a hold of the inker who disappeared on me, we can get rolling!

Hello everyone. I'm the one responsible for these pages. Thank you for the feedback and critiques. I'm probably just going to give the cover another try. A totally fresh start. I'll try to keep everything in mind for the new page and hopefully it'll turn out ridiculously awesome. But I'd be happy with above average.
Thanks again.

The buildings on the cover look great.
The main character on the cover looks really really old. Good reactions by the crowd.

backgrounds are good.
The foreground people not so. Overall the design of the drawing that's supposed to be the cover is kinda static and tame. It needs more drama.

That's what I was going to say. It looks like you're using the same perspective on him that you are the buildings... Maybe try pushing it further. Think Kirby.

It could be phenomenal with this bg, but the main figure needs fixing.
Let me know if you want me to try to help you.
