Dan Slott and JRjr signing "New Ways to Die" at Jim Hanley's Universe in NYC

It looks like Dan and JRjr will both be signing books to promote the release of the first chapter of "New Ways to Die" at Jim Hanley's Universe in New York city (albeit at different locations) on August 20. Dan Slott will be at the 33rd Street location from 7-9 pm and John Romita Jr will be at the New Dorp Lane location from 5-7 pm.

Oooooo I kinda wanna go to those (and by kinda I mean a lot). But it does sound like I wouldn't be able to make both...if I can make one at all. Hmmm...I will have to ponder what to do.

Actually, I left the Romita signing at 6:10, took the Staten Island Railroad to the ferry and was at the Dan Slott signing by 7:15. People I met on the Romita line who took an express bus from Staten Island to Manhattan beat me by only two minutes.

Wish I could have been there. I'll have to catch Dan and JrJr elsewhere. Maybe on the west coast or maybe I can bribe them to come to Hawaii.
