I get a 404 error when posting a particular thread

I planned on updating this thread, but each time I do I get a message saying

You don't have permission to access /bendisboard/newreply.php on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

You bought an OpenMac, didn't you? That's why it isn't working.
