Is the complete Bendis/Maleev run of Daredevil collected in the Marvel Hardcover series?

i believe that vol's 2-6 of the DD Hardcovers have their entire run.

i thought i had read somewhere once that some issues were left out of the marvel HCs, but were included in the marvel trades (Vol 7?)

I'm not 100% cause I just have the singles. The only ones I think may have been left out of the HCs would've been the arc Bendis wrote with a fill-in artist (whose name escapes me right now) and David Mack's (awesome) Echo and Wolverine arc, Vision Quest

The three-issue arc with the fill-in art is included in the hardcovers, but I think it might not be in the upcoming omnibus.
