I think (and I might be wrong about this) Bungie bungled something up and it's on hold.
Honestly after playing Halo 3 I'm just surprised that anyone saw a story in that game. I mean... the game barely has a story... but to tell stories around a non-story... I'm just amazed that anyone wants to tell stories around Halo. It didn't strike me as remotely interesting as a story. Obviously others disagree though.

Oh yes.
Scheduled for 7/23 along with a catch up issue that contains issues 1 & 2 under one cover. However don't get too excited as this book gets bumped by a week every week for the last few months.

Yeah, but for what reason?

I don't really care how long it takes, as long as I get a pretty hardcover once its all said and done.

Supposedly Bungie has to approve every panel, and they don't have a dedicated team for that, on top of when they disapprove someone has to fix it. Then it goes through the approval process all over again. This is the way I understand it. I could be wrong.

I would think they a licensing department considering they have lots of merchandise... it's not like they need a crack team for comics.
Then again, what do I know? I just read them.
