Okay - you already know about my Wraith thing.

Now, there's this Prince-what's-his-name from Hellboy 2. I know about The Twins from the Matrix, and the Uber-Morlock from The Time Machine (2002). Am I missing any other long-haired albino types out there in movie/tvdom (emphasis on the LONG hair - pale short-haired guys don't cut it)? Just a'wonderin'....

Bill Moseley in House Of 1000 Corpses and Devil's Rejects might fit what you are looking for.
He's not an albino, but he is fairly pale and pasty looking.
Plus at the end of House Of 1000 Corpses he has that white make-up on.

Sooo...if this is all we can come up with, then am I to assume that the pale/albino look, with long white hair (white, not blonde) and black goth-style attire was first introduced in Stargate Atlantis? I really thought there were bad guys before this with a similar look (can't count the LOTR elves, since they were good guys, and their look is a bit different).

Thanks for the continued feedback. I'm still visualizing a group of albinos in trenchcoats, but it may have been an early Hellboy 2 cap I saw. For some reason, my brain is telling me there's another movie out there with similar types in it...but my brain has been known to be wrong...many, many times.

You can revel in long-haired albinos for weeks by reading the Elric series by Michael Moorcock (a series I've loved since I was 13). There are also several comic adaptations.
