The real question is what's going to happen if the jury finds him guilty? Hoo...

How many times does someone have to be charged with a crime before it's true?

Normally, where there's smoke, there's fire... or there's gonna be a fire. Or a smoker... you know, to like smoke meat... or someone smoking..

But thats not the point!

Yeah, I believe he's guilty.

He'll go to pieces in prison though.

I think he's guilty, but the defense has done a masterful job of impeaching the credibility of the prosecution's witnesses.

Jerome Gibbons

Of course.

Well you see, they first have to prove guilt. As opposed to, family who have been shown up as liars making claims that could well make them very rich.

Literally.

I am not sure how many charges he has against him.

I am not 100% sure of the molestation charge, but I think with him admitting taking the young boys to bed, and wasn't there confirmation about the wine being served in coke cans?

I think they may get him on all the other extraneous stuff (serving alcohol to a minor, endangering a minor--(sexual endangerment?), but not outright molestation.)

That is how I think its going to go.

As for what I personally think. I honestly can't say.

I agree with what Bill Maher said: He may not be molesting them, but he's dating them, and you can't date children.

I believe he is a pedophile, but I think the prosecutions case is a mess.

Jerome Gibbons

Of course.

I think I should also clarify that, while I'm not entirely sure if he is guilty of molesting this particular kid (the one who's suing him at the moment), I do believe he has molested his fair share of little boys.

I think he's guilty, but I think this family is terrible, and that Jackson will not be convicted.

10 I believe. He will more than likely get convicted on one of the minor ones, but he won't see any jail time.

In this particular case, the family sounds very shady, so I don't think he's guilty. Has he ever done anything to a child? I don't know, maybe, but I don't think he did anything to this kid.

I'm REALLY on the fence here. I don't believe he'll be found guilty, but I can't really say that he's not. He's certainly guilty of strange behavior in regards to some children.

I can't say whether the guy's guilty or not. But I'll say this much; If he is found guilty, I'd be willing to bet that he'll kill himself.

The accusers are after fame and money... the case is a load of crap.
Is Jackson weird? Hell yes -- that's what makes him such an easy target.

Would you leave your 8-year old boy alone with MJ overnight? Why? Why not?

He definitely has some mental health problems so I can't say with any certainty that he didn't do it but, in each case, his accusers' motives seem very suspicious.

I wouldn't leave my hypothetical kid with any mental patient...

If he were a mental patient, would he be on trial? No. Bringing your hypothetical kid into the equation is on par with the original question: Do you believe Michael Jackson is guilty?

Saying "no" is an implication that he is not at fault for any of the charges brought against him. That said, would little Tibbittz be allowed to be alone with this mentally stabile person who is not guilty of child endangerment, molestation, etc.?

i don't think he is guilty of this crime no...and no, i wouldn't allow my son to stay with him, because i think all famous people are crazy and shouldn't be with my kid...jackson, or anyone else for that matter...i have enough problem leaving him with my parents...

1. Yes
2. Hell yes.
3. He'll never do a day in jail.

I don't know about you, but the requirements I have for someone that I would trust with my kid go far beyond "not guilty of child molestation."

I hope he is found innocent and then given life in prison.

That way nobody gets hurt!

I REALLY hope it didn't happen...

But...

Other bizarre celebrities busted for lookin' at child porn such as Paul Reubens and Gary Glitter...There’s a lot of showbiz psychos who think they can get away with anything…

Plus...

Child molesters tend to intentionally find fucked up parents with defenseless children to prey upon to lessen their chances of getting caught...

Hmmmmmmmmm...

I REALLY hope it didn't happen...

But...

Well... yes.
But this argument assumes that Jackson is in fact sane. I don't believe he's guilty of molestation, but I do believe he's more than a little nutty and lets children drink wine...
Although I think this is normal in Italy...
