No neck up rule again this week, I don't think the character benefits from that specification. Oh, and this choice totally came out of no where. I had nothing planned, saw Bartleby's post about Inglorious Bastards, and there you have it.

EDIT: Whoops. Misread your post. I never put the blame on anyone else. I didn't know who "Pia Guerra" is. Couldn't have told you that she was a woman or a comic pro. I went with the percentages and was wrong. It's really not that big a deal, since the purpose of my post was to comment on the art. Someone else decided to make it a gender issue.

Agreed. I like the thick, black outline. Reminds me of the style in the Clerks cartoon.

Why did I start colouring? Why did I use Crayons? Why did I do the sideboxes? I don't know :)
On the positive side, chuffed with how The Brides angry eyes in the sidebox worked out :D

Thanks. I just work with what I have at my desk at work...which usually means a pencil, a black ball point pen and a thick Sharpie.

That's brilliant. And I hate this movie so much I didn't even finish it. But if it was adapted into a graphic novel with more art like this, I... well, I wouldn't actually read it, but I'd buy it to flip through the pretty pictures.
