Netflix Instant Viewing recommendations?

I know there are more than a few Netflix customers on the board. I thought we could share recommendations that are specific to their Instant Viewing library at the moment.

A couple of recent highlights:

Before the Devil Knows You're Dead: A great little crime thriller from Sidney Lumet.
The Orphanage: A pretty good Spanish horror film from last year.

I think it's funny that, of all the Netflix movies to watch, a Kama Sutra how-to video is #1 at the moment.
