I just got this mail from Commissioner Gordon :

OK friend, you’re up to bat now. You have yourself a new assignment: Operation Slipknot (http://www.gpdmcu.com/operationslipknot/)

I... don't get it though.

Anyone got a clue?

The Slipknot members sure look different without their masks.

Oooh... there's more.

OPERATION SLIPKNOT

Gotham Police Major Crimes Unit, in cooperation with the GPD Internal Affairs Division, needs you to help track down numerous offenders that are fugitives from justice. Interestingly, we’ve tracked all of these individuals to the same last known location: Gotham Intercontinental Hotel (http://www.gothamintercontinentalhotel.com/default.htm). But we don’t know where they’ve gone from there.

Call the hotel and convince the concierge to ship you a certain package that’s been sent there for each fugitive. Use the provided intel and whatever means you can to convince him that you’re the intended recipient, your travel plans have changed, and he needs to send the package to you. Once received, you should have all you need to fill in the blanks as to that fugitive’s location.

We will add details about additional fugitives as they become available. Time is of the essence, as we have only a short time before the trail runs cold. Your cooperation in this operation will go a long way. Good luck.

I'm at work, but may try and look into this...

and if possible, you should re-title the thread so people know it's Batman/Dark Knight related... :)

*EDIT* Nevermind on the title change :)

They changed the number. It's 1866-306-5589 now.

I tried it, got a recorded ringing and busy message. Apparently you can leave a message after that. I just hung up when I got "all circuits are busy"...

Update. Got through, left a message. Vern Stevenson is now listed as package en route on the site as well.

Hope that works

If you wait until after the message there is a couple of second of silence and then a chance to record and send a message.

Took me a few seconds to understand it as well.. Plus you have to figure out your reference number.. Clue to that is on the Intel button

A bunch of dirty cops come in the night and beat us with nightsticks, I should think.

I'm confused

Where are you getting names to leave messages?

Sean Jackson

Apparently you have to actually talk to a human being to get a package.

I've been pretty quick on the ball for all 3 waves and yet to get through to a human.

Got the email, made the call and left a message with my reference number. Now Jason Tabagiani has a package "en route."

Has anyone actually gotten ahold of a live person yet? Beyond whomever placing the wiki article?

Is Status: Warrant Issued post-package en route. Or when you see that should you call?

Kingsumo

I believe you call claiming to be those with Warrant Issued. Package en-route is once they have been claimed.

I guess you could try either way though
