Wolvie and Frank together!!!

I hadn't seen these two statues together until I displayed my new Wolverine today. For those that might have been wondering how they look together.....

Despite the many complaints about the statue, I absolutely love it. For me, the Brown and Yellow outfit will always be the definitive Wolverine costume.

No need to fret. If you really want one try the 'bay. I picked mine up for $96.00...seeing as it retailed for $175.00 I consider it a steal!

Is it just the angle . . . or just me. . .or does Frank seem a little short? I thought Wolverine was supposed to be a runt. What's the Punisher's official height? Anyone?

Its both the angle (shot from Wolverine's side so he appears larger) and also the fact that Frank is a Phase I statue which were a slightly smaller scale then the new statues. When you look both statues head on, it is obvious that Frank is taller than Wolverine (overall height of the statue) and his base is shorter.
Officially Wolverine is 5'3" and Frank is 6'1".

Hey Castle. . .thanks for the response. I have the brown wolverine. . .never actually cared for the Phase I FS (I've always been partial to the non-chrome MB version). Nice pics!

nice pics,..but the scale is off to me. Wolvie is way to big next to Frank.

This is why I do not collect the statues.

The scaling is all over the place! And the various bases and Museum/Action poses make displaying them impossible if you prefer a straight lineup.

IMHO, these statues are only good for display by themselves.

Problem solved! Wolverine is definitely much shorter than the Punisher now! It took hours of modification, but it was worth it.

On a more serious note, as you can see from a straight away shot below, the Punisher's feet are lower due to the smaller base and his head is still higher than Wolverines, though barely. YES these statues are off scale, but not badly enough to keep me from staring at them all the time with a goofy smile on my face.

GREAT shots Frank! Two must have statues for me! That Brown Wolverine is my absolute favorite with the Brown unmasked action being a close 2nd but i like em aaaaaaalllll!!!:thumb:

Punisher FS is small compared to other FS statues...Wolverine being around the same size as him is good IMO because Wolverine was always short. Great pics, I can't wait to get my brown Wolverine museum...and you are tempting me to display him next to the punisher lol
