Mine does!
Place your Bowen painted Ghost Rider statue under a lamp for about an hour or so. Then turn the lights off and make sure it's good and dark. Now look at the statue and tell me if the street lines are glowing.
This may sound crazy but the lines on mine do glow in the dark.

Mine is boxed up at the moment but I have often thought that this statue would look awesome under black light.

I'm serious, no drugs involved. The lines on mine glow in the dark.

I wouldn't be surprised. Another little know coo touch is the magnet hidden in Magneto's outstretched hand.
