The first one was not sculpted by Randy and is definitely the worst of the entire line, in most people's opinions. His face is just plain awful.

Some people don't like certain characters representations in the line, but the majority of collectors agree that the Hawkeye MB (and the GHOST RIDER MB) are the worst ones of the line.

Especially since the Taskmaster MB and the Hawkeye FS came out, many of us have been asking for a fully armed Hawkeye MB, with bow in hand.

And I have said before, that if Randy does not Revsisit this character, then I'll be forced to chop one of his statues in half and make a MB out of a FS.

Nothings really ''wrong with it''. Just rather plain and boring. While the FS sculpt is amazing and moving. Randy himself has said that he wasn't really happy with the way it turned out. Did I buy one? Yep. Do I still have it? You betcha. Will I keep th original? Probably. Will I buy a redo? Of Course!!!
Also, with most of th busts comin out having arms, Hawkeye needs em too, and a bow!!!!

Put me down for a Clint Barton Goliath MB as well. Pass on Ronin though. It's just not Clint in my opinion. What's an archer doing with a samurai sword?:roll:

I definitely think a Hawkeye MB revisit should take precedence over super obscure characters like Super Adaptoid, and would sell much better too. Our collection isn't complete without one, as my brother (a HUGE Hawkeye fan) refuses to even display the MB. Fortunately, we do have the FS, but a new MB to go with the rest of the Avengers would be fantastic.

Well, I've vented about this particular bust more than once in the past and I just won't do it again. I don't, however, agree that a revisit should take precedence over some of the obscure characters that have been created. I want both. I will be extremely happy when and if a Hawkeye revisit takes place but I can't wait to get my hands on the new stuff.

I am all for a Ghost Rider Revisit, as well. These are the 2 worst Bowen Busts in my opinion and have been asking for Revisits forever.

When I saw what Randy did with the Daredevil Revisit, it just pumped me up more for these 2 to happen.

I just hope that Randy will give us a 70's classic and a Modern version Ghost Rider if this happens.

But, I need Hawkeye before all others.

That would actually probably be the best idea is just have a Ronin with removeable unmasked heads with Echo and Clint to go along with them.

This was his costume from House of M. Don't really care for it at all. Why does he have an M on his forehead instead of H? Give me a classic look Hawkeye sculpt please. Pass on this outfit.

A revisit here wouldn't be a bad idea. I like the original, but the more recent sculpts coming out of Bowen have different feel to them than the early versions. Plus a new bust with arms would be different enough by itself. But keep the classic purple and blue costume we all know and love.

Hawkeye and Ghost Rider are sadly light years behind the quality of the rest of the line.

Of course, they would also have to be 2 of my favorite characters!

In all honesty, this was my plan if you never made a new Hawkeye.

I was going to cut down a FS and customize a base.

And since there are many on the boards that do not want Revisits because it takes away from characters which have never been done, I think this would be a great compromise.

As for the base, either his Quiver or a Bullseye would be best.

And if you are considering a new Ghost Rider museum pose FS, perhaps you could apply this technique to that, as well. I know that many consider the Hawkeye and Ghost Rider MBs to be the most underachieved in the line.

I think that idea rocks! I always thought that Hawkeye was the best full size statue Bowen Designs ever did. Since I don't have the money or the space for a FS, a cut down version would be great!

I'm not crazy about the target idea some folks have thrown out there because the target symbol always reminds me of Bullseye. But the only idea I have is to make it resemble an arrow's feathers somehow.

How bout a column style round base with a variety of trick arrow heads. I'm sure there are numerous photos available depicting Hawkeye about to fire off a whole host of different arrows with different heads.

Or have the base to look like one of his round exploding type arrow heads.

The target base seems too simplistic and expected to me. I'm looking for the unexpected. You know, the typical Bowen production thing!

A Hawkeye mini-bust from waste up of the full size statue would be great. So would a recast/remold for a Ronin variant.

The purist fan may not agree since Ronin's primary weapon has been a sword (I always thought he learned sword fighting from his days with Swordsman, but I heard that was incorrect).
