One of my favorite actors is Kurt Russell and I think a huge part of it is because he reminds me of my dad. He kind of looks like my dad as well as his presence on screen seems like him. The movie that his acting mostly resembles him in Tombstone. I have even seen the part where he tells the cowboy "you tell them I am coming. And HELL IS COMING WITH ME" in my dad when I was younger.

Oh yeah, woman who plays Jill from Home Improvement closely resembles my mom to me. My dad and I are united on that one too.

It was just sort of a nonsense joke. Ron Jeremy is probably the least like my father of anyone in the entire world!

I edited to a much closer facsimile.

Michael Chiklis back before he got buff and shaved his head -- Commish Chiklis, as it were.

And my mom, when she was younger, looked a great deal like a blonde Gillian Anderson.

Not my parents, but my maternal grandmother always reminded me of Mrs. Garrett from The Facts of Life. Charlotte Rae is awesome.

:dunno:

Trying is the operative word in that sentence.

As in "She is very trying."

If my dad were kidnapped and replaced by Dan Lauria, I wouldn't have known the difference as a child. Now I'd probably know after a few hours.
Personality, looks, mannerisms, identical.

What made it even stranger was how much my mom looked like Ally Mills.

Harvey Keitel in Bad Lieutenant always really reminds me of my dad.
And the scenes with his 2 kids in the car remind me of me and my brother in the car with our dad.

I wish this board could play sound bites so the Harvey Keitel Bad Lieutenant "wooooooh" sound can be played.

I grew up thinking my dad was just like Harrison Ford. He doesn't really look like him, but they've got that same demeanor and set of mannerisms. They also both seem quiet and constantly worn out in real life.
The recent pics from the new Indy movie actually make Ford look like my dad now.

Sally Field and Tom Skerrit... oddly enough, they've played husband and wife at least a couple of times on different things...
