Looks like the solicits to Ms. Marvel #26 are up and to no surprise it's a Secret Invasion tie-in, meaning SKRULLS GALORE! None on the cover, but the secret to #25 is being slowly revealed.

Thanks man! One of Brian's ideas for the cover preceeding this one was to have Agent Sum about to shoot Ms Marvel -but when i turned in the sketch for the Ms Marvel/Skrull "shhhh" cover (http://www.606studios.com/bendisboard/showthread.php?t=136075) we pretty much scrapped all other concepts... including a cool battle between Ms Marvel and X-men/Skrull! Anyway, I started realizing that almost all the covers I've done for Ms Marvel don't really show off the supporting cast (ie Machine Man, Sleepwalker, Agent Sum, and S.H.I.E.L.D.), so for cover #26 I went all out and put EVERYBODY on the cover! I had just finished Shadow Hunter #3 (http://www.606studios.com/bendisboard/showthread.php?t=136946), where I tried some new techniques of lighting and compositional depth. It was pretty inspiring and i think you'll be able to see the influence between the two covers.

What's better than a Ms. Marvel cover by Horn? A Ms. Marvel cover that has two Ms. Marvel's. See, I am starting to get use to this Skrull thing. It has its benefits. Also liking the fact you are going with the "open eye" mask...lot easier to show emotion in the scene, and just looks better. I could comment further...but that's good for now, right?
