I'm a big Dane Whitman fan, so I picked it up for your issues and dropped it when you (and Dane) left the book.

And you know, in case people didn't realize it, putting Dane in during my run was sort of my way of saying this was the book this guy belonged in-- but again, I was the fill in guy and that wasn't my decision to make. Had it been, he would've DEFINITELY been on the team-- along with characters like Chamber, Union Jack and others that would've given Excalibur a more British/ European flavor to it. (In fact, the only regulars I would've kept were Capt. Britain, Wisdom and Sage-- and the rest would've been jetisoned. And yeah, that meant the Juggernaut, too, which would've been hard because he's one of my favotie characters-- but, ya know, works fine with my theory that he SUCKS AS A HERO AND SHOULD GO BACK TO BEING A FUCKING VILLAIN)
