Breaking News!! I may be moving back to Florida...

Okay so I'll give you guys the cliff notes version:

My stepfather has a job in New Orleans which is about 60 miles from Baton Rouge (where we live now) so he has to drive there everyday. Well our car has a had a HUGE string of bad luck as of late and has finally crapped out after blowing about 3 tires over a 5 day period. (I know!:o)

So now he's in jeopardy of losing his job, and the repairs mught be very expensive . . . so he's thinking that if worse comes to worse, we'll go stay at my grandfather's in Orlando and get a fresh new start in Florida . . . which is good for us for three reasons 1) A few Florida universities have caught my eye and it would be much more helpful to actually BE in Florida. and 2) Baton Rouge has been nothing but sadness and misery for us since we got here 2 Years ago and 3) I LIKE Florida whereas I DONT like Baton Rouge (LSU Sports as the only exception)


So I don't know if we are ACTUALLY going to through with it, but I will try to keep you guys posted. I'm hoping we do it, but my opinion doesn't carry much weight in that house.

Well I'm still not sure if it's gonna happen but my stepfather says that his plan is to stockpile some money for a few weeks and then go to Orlando. I Don't know if the plan is set in stone yet, since it's getting some SERIOUS opposition from my mom but I'm trying to get her to change her mind. All I know is that we DEFinitely are not staying in Baton Rouge for much longer than a few months, after that? Who knows? I really would prefer Florida.

I frickin LOVE Orlando, we stayed there for about 6 months after Katrina with my Grandfather. I think I would have gone insane anywhere else in the world. I really want to go back.

It's a 2 and a half hour drive from gainesville to here. My roommate is not only as big a Colts fan as I am but also a HUGE Yankees fan as well. However he does have a Hi Def TV. So if you want to make the trek, and bring pizza, you are more than welcome to come. Of course I can't guarantee your safety
