I recently did a New Avengers pin-up (http://img289.echo.cx/img289/9081/newavengers0zk.jpg) for a friend of mine. While doing the smoke plumes, I noticed that I was rendering them in a way that seemed familiar... I looked at my "Disassembled" issues... and then I realized, I was doing them in a very Finch-y way!
