I asked this question a few months ago for my comic, and he said he was exclusive to Marvel. Then a month later I saw the PVP cover so theres gotta be a way for him to do it.

Isn't the deal with 'exclusives' is that you are exclusive for 'work for hire' stuff but are free to do creator owned stuff? I remember Brubaker explaining this on Millarworld when he discussed his 'exclusivity'.
